Commission Terms of Service

• I understand I am paying for a digital product/s.• The drawing of the product may be streamed/video recorded for other use by the artist. The client may request that the product not be shown to the public if desired. In this case, it will not be streamed/video will not be posted until after the client has chosen to share the product themselves or has given express written permission.• The commissioned artwork is for personal use of the client only. The client may not claim to be the creator of the commissioned work.• The client may not use the product for commercial use without express permission from the artist.• Up to 50% of the full commission cost will be added for work requested for a specific deadline, to be agreed upon by both parties before work is begun.• For characters/places that do not have a reference sheet or comparable work(s), the commission will incur a cost of an additional 50% for character/space design.• Additional costs may be added for especially detailed works (chainmail, sequins, chains, patterned fabric, etc) to be agreed upon by both parties.• A request for canceling the commission will result in a forfeit of the initial payment deposit. A full refund will be given if the artist cancels the commission.• The initial payment deposit will be in the amount of 50% the full cost of the commission. This payment is required for the artist to begin the commission work.• The client may request a maximum of 2 minor edits to color, minor positioning, facial expression, clean up, etc. If significant edit requests are made (for instance, to the pose overall or a different outfit than one already drawn), the artist will include an additional 25% fee to the final payment, to be agreed upon before the edits are made. It is preferred that the client okay the sketch before work on the final piece begins.• The client may request frequent check-ins during the creation process.• Before the final payment of 50% the full cost of the commission, the client will receive a low resolution watermarked version of the final image. The full image, as well as pdf if requested, will only be transferred upon the receipt of the final payment. (However, should the client choose, the full amount may be paid upon receipt of the invoice.)• The artist retains the rights to use, display, and feature the commissioned work/s on the artist's sites, portfolios, social media, and published art books.• The artist has the right, for any reason, to deny a commission. Subjects likely to be denied include armor, furry, explicit NSFW, kink topics, and those including minors.

Extra Fees

• +100% for additional characters
• +50% for specific deadlines
• +50% character design fee for characters that do not have references
• Up to +100% for characters with complex designs (chainmail, sequins, chains, lace, armor, patterned fabric). Please ask if you are confused whether this will apply.
